Produce will be sourced from our own farm and local farms across Central Florida, like our agriculture friends at Nicoya Farm. Regenerative farming is a practice used by Indigenous communities, it eliminates pest infestation and promotes the nourishment of beneficial microbes. We have curated a healthy relationship with these local farmers over the course of 2 years. Aligned in visions, Nicoya Farms plans to aid in building reciprocal and reparative connections to the land while providing nutritional food to the community.
